I know what it's like to live with Bipolar I. I know what it's like to dread the next episode and try to build a stable life when the ground keeps shifting. My clients want to stay ahead of the next episode, spot warning signs earlier, and trust their own footing again. Some are newly diagnosed and overwhelmed. Others have managed this for years but are frustrated that crisis mode still feels like the default. I also work with family members exhausted from trying to help - parents, partners, siblings hitting compassion fatigue. Together, we move from always reacting to actually living.
