I offer an alternative to office-based therapy by customizing sessions to fit your needs. We can meet for a Walk and Talk session either at a local park or at a farm, and have the option of incorporating horses, donkeys, goats and a friendly cat sitting on your lap in the therapy session, or just sit on a picnic table overlooking a field of horses. I am passionate about women living their best life including offering support during peri/menopause.
