At times in life, difficult and overwhelming thoughts, feelings, behaviours or circumstances can leave us feeling alone and lost. It can be hard to reach out for support when we feel like this. I recognize the barriers that may exist in accessing mental health support, and strive to normalize therapy and make it an inviting, positive experience. It is my hope to create a warm and caring, safe, non-judgemental space in which clients feel understood and valued.
