Let my creativity meet yours! I am a person-centred psychotherapist who has been incorporating evidence based techniques, mindfulness and expressive arts modalities into my work for over 20 years. My experience includes working with complex mental health conditions, grief and loss, trauma and resiliency, self-care, ASD, life transitions and supporting individuals who have been impacted by a family member's complex mental health needs. With a collaborative and strengths-based approach, I will strive to develop a partnership with you in order to identify challenges with clarity and focus on clear, realistic goals to work towards.
