Dr. Rebecca Stead specializes in working with adults of all ages who experience a wide range of psychological concerns, including depression, anxiety (e.g., social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder), obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, interpersonal problems, emotional dysregulation, chronic pain, insomnia, stress, and self-esteem challenges. She has extensive training in both tertiary care and private settings conducting complex differential diagnosis and engaging adults in treatment, even when they have had limited success working with other mental health care professionals in the past.
