Many people appear high-functioning on the outside while privately dealing with intrusive thoughts, emotional exhaustion, burnout, or patterns of addiction. I work with adults across Toronto and Ontario who are navigating PTSD, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and substance-use concerns. Many of my clients are veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, and high-performing individuals who carry significant responsibility but have few spaces where they can safely process their experiences.
