I believe in a relational and approachable style of treatment that is customized to client's unique needs. I provide therapeutic services to adults and youth (16+) struggling with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues/interpersonal conflicts, codependency, grief and loss. I offer sessions in English, French, and Arabic. My approach involves leveraging clients' cultural and individual belief systems through warmth and humour to build a strong therapeutic relationship.
