What is trauma? How trauma can affect my life, the lives of those I love and even my community. How does trauma affect different aspects of my life, such as my interpersonal relationships, my physical and financial health, my sexual lifestyle, my spirituality and, of course, my mental and emotional health? Working on traumatic experiences, whether long-term, recent, intergenerational or ongoing trauma, is not easy work, but when done with support and empathy, it is exceptional work that is worth doing first for ourselves, but also for those we love and our community.
