I care about understanding your history, the relationships that shaped you, and the patterns that continue to influence how you move through the world. I believe meaningful change happens within safe and attuned relationships. As human beings, I believe we are wired for connection, and the quality of our bonds impacts how we see ourselves and how we cope with life. We will look at the cycles that feel painful and begin to understand what drives them. I aim to help create new relational experiences in the room, moments where communication feels clearer, emotions feels manageable, and different responses become possible.
