You don’t trust people. You are getting swept up in your thoughts and emotions, do not feel like yourself (or maybe do not have a strong sense of self), and are finding it difficult to live the life you want to live. Your anxiety and mood swings are pulling you into confrontations or causing you to act out in ways that are hurtful to either you or others. Your inner experiences are confusing and disorienting, and you are not sure what to do. Self-care is a foreign concept. Carrying this weight – all day, every day – is exhausting.
