Often, my clients (typically women and teens) begin attending therapy during a time of challenge, change, or life transition. I bring over 15 years of experience successfully supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment, intergenerational issues, as well as grief and loss. I support clients in putting themselves back together after upheaval and moving into the future as their full, integrated selves. I offer tools for today, while clients create longstanding change. I am passionate about intergenerational healing and work with those embracing a growth mindset, ready to shift their life trajectory.
