Hi and welcome! I believe therapy can be beneficial for anyone and is an opportunity to talk about and explore ways to improve quality of life. While traditionally thought of as a way to help work through a problem or mental health issue, it doesn't have to be engaged in only when facing a particular challenge. Therapy can extend beyond resolving problems and achieving life satisfaction and can be about thriving and getting the most out of life. My goal is to support you to be the version of yourself you would like to be and to create the same for your life.
