I work with couples and individuals who want to better understand themselves, their patterns, and the choices in front of them. Many couples come to therapy feeling disconnected, caught in repeating conflicts, or unsure how to move forward. Individual clients often seek greater clarity, emotional steadiness, and a more grounded way of responding to stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions. I aim to create a space where each client feels respected, understood, and able to engage honestly in the work and move toward what matters most.
