I offer in person therapy at Fusion Chiropractic, 847 Danforth Avenue, Toronto, and also online therapy. Like many others, you may be contemplating psychotherapy because you feel stuck and unsure of how or what to change. For example: your job or career is not fulfilling or meaningful; your relationship is not what it used to be or what you want it to be; you have children and are unable to find time for yourself or your partner; you feel stuck financially, worrying constantly about income or debt.
