My approach to counselling is informed by my personal journey through anxiety, childhood trauma, and chronic pain. After decades of stress culminated in a chronic illness diagnosis and debilitating pain, I learned how unprocessed emotions often result in illness and psychological distress. Thanks to a system of emotional, cognitive, and somatic exercises, I found freedom from my chronic symptoms and became certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy. I have dedicated my career to empowering clients with the tools to heal themselves- mind and body. I also support teens and adults living with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
