I work with individuals (16+), couples, and families who want to understand what feels heavy in their lives and meet it with honesty rather than avoidance. My practice is inclusive; while I work extensively with men, it is open to anyone ready to engage honestly with themselves. Much of my work with men involves giving language to the quiet sense that they are carrying more than they can explain. Together, we work to understand patterns of anger, shutdown, anxiety, or control, and translate them into narratives of self-respect rather than rigid self-protection.
