Sometimes our thoughts can be suffocating, like being stuck alone in a room, breathing in the same air over and over again. We hear our thoughts on loop – “I should be stronger.” “Why am I so overwhelmed by this?” “What’s wrong with me?” We lose perspective and we want relief. What we need is to see the window in that room that can supply fresh air for us to breathe. Maybe it’s to open the window, or perhaps it’s finding the energy to step outside and feel the warm sunlight and gentle breeze. Taking the next step isn’t easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to do this together at your pace.
