As a high achiever, it is common to see flashes of your potential in competition, but stress, overthinking, or setbacks interfere with doing this consistently. I understand those challenges because I’ve been there—as both an professional athlete and a therapist. I provide counselling and psychotherapy tailored to high achievers struggling with performance slumps, anxiety, injury, or transitions. In addition, I work with those supporting these high achievers (e.g., parents/coaches). My goal is to help you sharpen your focus, build resilience, and leverage your strengths to reach your full potential in sport, academics, and life.
