My style is playful, curious and collaborative. If you choose to work with me you can expect a more casual, conversational session. I put strong emphasis on rapport building as my therapeutic approach is deeply relational. I'm a structural social worker, so I look at how systems and environmental factors influence mental health and wellbeing. It's often surprising how much we are impacted by greater societal issues. My structural lens is grounded in harm-reduction and further informed by attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology and feminist, anti-oppressive, sustainable frameworks.
