Hi there! I’m Caeli (she/her). My approach is empathetic, genuine, and authentically human. At the heart of my practice is the belief that growth is best supported in an environment that makes change feel safe. I’d like to be that space for you. I am particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals who are trying to understand, manage, and hone in on their diverse traits. As someone with ADHD, I know that what works for others doesn’t always work for us. I want to work together to find what ‘clicks’ for you. My priority as a therapist is for you to feel heard, understood, and supported.
