I ‘am a Registered Psychotherapist with over 25 years supporting youth, adults, couples, and families with anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, and relationship challenges. I also have specialized training in supporting high risk youth 10-20 years of age. My approach is strengths based and trauma informed, integrating multiple evidence-based interventions. In addition I also provide clinical supervision grounded in ethics, leadership, and mental health law. My practice offers a safe, collaborative space for meaningful professional growth. I have provided clinical supervision to over 140 currently practicing psychotherapists.
