I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and life stages who are looking for a space to better understand themselves and what they’re going through. I invite my clients to come as they are. Our therapeutic space is non-judgmental. Many of my clients come in feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, grieving, or in the midst of transition, while others are navigating relationship challenges or questions about meaning and direction. In our work, I offer a steady, collaborative space to slow things down, make sense of patterns, and explore what’s happening both emotionally and practically.
