Hi, I’m Ben. I am a graduate student in Counselling Psychology completing my practicum. I predominantly work with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and difficult life transitions. My goal is to help clients explore unhelpful patterns of thinking, build emotional regulation skills, and develop concrete strategies for everyday life while honouring their unique identity and lived experiences.
