I work with people living with anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and the persistent feeling of not being enough. Many clients I work with feel life has become unbearable - they report feeling emotionally exhausted, on edge and carry the weight of difficult memories. Whether you're struggling with stress, trauma, grief and loss, burnout, anxiety, or the cumulative effects of life's demands in general, I offer a confidential, supportive space to process and navigate difficult experiences. Using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, I help my clients move beyond survival mode and reconnect to a sense of balance in their lives.
