I strongly believe that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy. Individuality should be valued, celebrated, and encouraged. My work is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and neurodivergence-affirming. I draw from IFS, EFT, and other evidence-informed approaches to tailor therapy to each person. I value warmth, collaboration, and steadiness, and aim to walk alongside clients as they build insight, resilience, and self-trust in ways that feel sustainable and empowering. It is important to me that every client feel safe and comfortable sharing their story while working towards a happier state of being.
