Most of my clients are men who’ve carried things on their own for a long time. By the time they reach out, they’re often unsure therapy will help, especially if it feels scripted or impersonal. We focus on what’s actually getting in the way and work with it directly. Women often come for the same direct approach. I also work with athletes navigating performance pressure and identity, as well as veterans, and people affected by cancer. No matter what brings you in, real change comes from going through the hard stuff, not around it.
