Are you or your teen feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, intense emotions, or constant stress? Maybe school, friendships, or family conflict feels exhausting, and it’s hard to know how to move forward. Asking for help takes courage. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can share your story, explore what’s holding you back, and work toward the life you want. I’ve worked with teens transitioning into adulthood and individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as other mental health challenges. As Carl Jung states, “we are not what happened to us, we are what we choose to become."
