You’re tired in a way sleep cannot fix. Simply being here takes more of you than it once did. You’re exploring new identities while holding onto old ones, wondering if anyone could understand the loneliness of feeling elsewhere even when surrounded by people. As a queer and bilingual therapist, I work closely with marginalized communities, including immigrants, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ individuals who carry complex stories and trauma.
