Hi! My name is Yuka, and I’m glad you’re here. I’m a neurodivergent Registered Clinical Counsellor and a person of colour with lived experience navigating neurodivergence. I offer online counselling to neurodiverse and neurotypical adults across British Columbia and Canada. My personal journey navigating mental and physical health challenges has shaped my passion for counselling and holistic well-being. Born in Japan, raised in Singapore, and now living in Canada, I bring a multicultural and third-culture perspective that honours the intersection of culture, identity, and lived experience within a therapeutic space.
