Hello! Bienvenides! You have made the choice to care for your mental health and I am so glad you're here! I believe that tending to your wounds shouldn't happen in isolation and that healing is a responsibility, but not one you should bear alone. I have witnessed that true growth begins when you show up as you are (flaws, strengths, and all) and you allow yourself to be seen, heard, and cared for. A lot of my experience is in trauma and parenting. These two topics can bring up so much! And they require a willingness to be vulnerable and transparent, but never at the expense of your wellbeing.
