Congratulations! You’ve made the courageous decision to search for something new. My approach to psychotherapy is experiential and relational. I believe that we hold within us everything we need for recovery and expansion and that a genuine and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship offers the context for healing, exploration, and growth. My clients describe feeling gotten and empowered by me. Psychotherapy with me is like traditional talking therapy. And also quite different. We won’t just talk about the bad experiences you’ve had. We’ll also cultivate new ones and help you consolidate the "new you" that will slowly emerge.
