I work with older adolescents, emerging adults, and adults of all ages and stages who who are seeking support with anxiety (including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and OCD), low mood, self-confidence, identity development, academic or work-related stress, relationship and family challenges, and uncertainty about the future. I also have specialized training in working with individuals with ADHD, and enjoy helping clients better understand how their brains work while developing strategies that allow them to thrive. +
