I am a professional counsellor with a Master’s Degree in Counselling and a Diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, addiction, and relationship concerns. I am committed to helping individuals navigate their lives with meaning, purpose, and a greater sense of self. I have always felt a deep calling to walk alongside others and hold space for their stories. I believe that reconnecting with our innate creativity can awaken healing, reveal identity, and restore hope.
