I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in recurring patterns of disconnection, overwhelm, anxiety, or relationship distress, often at a point where coping strategies are no longer enough. Many are navigating trauma, substance use, or life transitions. I help move beyond survival mode by exploring the deeper roots of these patterns. Using an integrative, trauma-informed approach, I support clients in building insight, emotional regulation, and more secure, connected ways of relating to themselves and others.
