My ideal clients are thoughtful, capable adults who find themselves feeling stuck in patterns they can’t quite shift. Many are high-functioning in their daily lives but internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about their direction. They are often people who have spent years adapting to the needs of others—within relationships, families, or work—and are beginning to recognize the cost of that pattern.
