When you are suffering, personally, within your family or in a relationship, I offer therapy that goes beyond just talking about the past. I use an educational and directive Mind/Body/Spirit approach that assesses your current life situation, formulates new goals and gives you tools to use every day. I make therapy comfortable, positive and aim to get results as quickly as possible. I see myself as an active facilitator in a joint process, not an expert-patient relationship. I believe that everyone intrinsically knows what they need, it's my job to assist you on that journey.
