Hello! My name is Vlady and I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist. My interests and practice experiences have centered on concerns such as anger, borderline personality disorder, relationship challenges, trauma, emotional avoidance, and ADHD. I enjoy working with adults, seniors, and adolescents (ages 13+). My primary training is grounded in a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed approach which examines both acceptance and change strategies. I am also trained in EMDR to help in processing trauma and I pull elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy.
