What is your relationship with your thoughts on a daily basis? I believe that I can help to untangle a mess in your mind and leave you with a deeper understanding of your self or your situation. I see clients in Florida and California both individually and as couples. I offer telehealth sessions via Zoom, I am in-network with most insurances and I can help you take advantage of out of network benefits if I'm not.
