Working with couples and individuals, I am dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and a deep commitment to healing. With specialized training in trauma-informed care, I understand how past experiences shape emotions, behaviours, and relationship dynamics. I will support you through a wide range of challenges, including abuse, anxiety, depression, stress/burnout, family conflict, communication difficulties, self-esteem issues and neurodivergent-affirming support.
