Hello, I'm Victoria and I am a bilingual licensed creative art therapist. My clinical experience includes working with immigrant families, first generation young adults, and domestic violence survivors. When we are living under chronic fight or flight, or in survival mode for a prolonged period of time, it can be hard to know where to start. Through a trauma informed approach, art therapy can provide a means to expressing and identifying parts of ourselves that have had to be shut down for a long time.
