I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover a path to healing, emotional growth and mental well-being. Whether you, or a loved one, are experiencing anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief, abuse, family or marital conflict, LGBTQIA+ issues or trauma (historical or current), I will work with you to develop the tools and insights needed to foster long-term change, personal growth, and improve relationships.
