Reaching out for support can feel both courageous & overwhelming. Many people appear to be high-functioning on the outside & come to therapy not because something is "wrong." Still, they are quietly carrying persistent anxiety, self-doubt, pressure to achieve, while feeling "not enough" on the inside and need a space to slow down and make sense of what they're holding. I support individuals navigating the impacts of childhood trauma, violence, oppression, & intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, boundaries & relationships. Feeling stuck in survival mode, disconnected from themselves or others, & unsure where to begin.
