Since April 2024, I’ve supported children, youth, and families in Burlington through the emotional highs and lows of school, life, and trauma. I provide trauma-informed counseling to help clients build skills, resilience, and hope, while guiding parents with practical strategies to strengthen family connections. I work with neurodivergent youth and those struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, and self-regulation. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where clients can grow, gain confidence, and embrace who they are while facing life’s challenges with optimism.
