Accepting new clients. I support adults going through depression, anxiety, trauma, insomnia, chronic pain and life transitions. A main part of my practice focuses on guiding people through chronic illness, disability, caregiving, grief and end-of-life concerns. My services integrate evidence-based practice with compassionate care, offering therapy and psychological assessment. I have a keen interest in supporting people living with health conditions such as cancer, neurological disorders (e.g., ABI, MS, ALS, CP), heart disease and bowel conditions. My work also focuses on disordered eating and substance use issues.
