I am a marriage and family therapist with an undergraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and various other client-centered modalities to help clients feel valued and empowered.
