When we're struggling, it's easy to feel lost or disconnected from the life we want to be living. Therapy can offer a space to understand these experiences with care and begin moving toward something more meaningful. I work with compassion and intention to understand your hopes for change. My style is warm, thoughtful, and well-paced, creating room for reflection, insight, and growth. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including experiential strategies that go beyond talk alone.
