I am an empathic, bilingual (¡y bicultural!) BIPOC therapist deeply committed to trauma healing and breaking generational cycles. With a foundation in clinical training, I blend ancestral wisdom and a sprinkle of Spanglish to create a warm, authentic space where healing can truly begin. My passion is to hold sacred space for marginalized communities—especially those navigating identity, intergenerational trauma, and systemic stressors.
