Hi, I’m Éva. I work with couples and individuals, offering a relational, honest, and collaborative approach to therapy. I also offer couples intensives for deeper, more concentrated support. I’m certified in Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and I create a space that is empathic, direct, and non-judgmental. RLT informs my work in an active, practical way, helping clients move beyond insight into meaningful change. I balance compassion with directness, helping you identify unhelpful patterns, challenging what keeps you stuck, and building healthier, more connected ways of relating.
