Our sessions are structured to address the root problem. With the lens from EMDR therapy and an AOP (anti-oppressive practice), we enter the memory network to reprocess the experiences that are hurting your current state of mind. I will provide a compassionate and non-judgmental environment. It's important to note that my scope of practice revolves around trauma, anxiety, depression, family stability, ADHD and ADD.
