Many of the people I work with are deeply intuitive, caring, and resilient. They’ve often spent years tending to others or simply surviving, but are now feeling called to tend to themselves. Some are navigating complex relationships, burnout, or big life transitions. Others are working through trauma—whether personal, intergenerational, or rooted in colonial systems. Many describe feeling a sense of disconnection: from themselves, their purpose, culture, or the natural world. What often brings them to me is a longing to reconnect—to their inner wisdom, their loved ones, the land, to Spirit, and to what truly matters.
